The present TERMS AND CONDITIONS are intended to regulate the relations between the www.linguicious.com website, hereafter referred to as THE WEBSITE, and the users, hereafter referred to as USERS, the information services offered by THE WEBSITE, hereafter referred to as THE SERVICES.
Please read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully before using www.linguicious.com.
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS represent a CONTRACT between you and the owner of the website which contract allows you to use THE SERVICES offered by the website free of charge for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions below.

– creation and customization of user profiles through registration that allows access to the e-learning platform of the site – registration is possible only after commencing a face-to-face or a distance learning course in Bulgarian or English;
– receiving email-newsletters (if registered for the service);
“PARTNER” is any person with whom the owner of the site is in a contractual relationship, who is entitled to provide additional information about their goods/services to the users of the site;
“THIRD PARTY MALICIOUS ATTACKS” – acts or failures to act by third parties that contradict the rules of Internet ethics, including but not limited to DoS (Denial of Service), server intrusion, defacing, data theft etc.

VI Services requiring registration
The site owner reserves the right to provide access to an e-learning platform on the site after an obligatory user registration.
Users have the opportunity to get free and full access to the sections of the site requiring registration after starting training and creating their own individual profile.
In the user profile settings, users are obliged to provide complete, correct and accurate information, taking into account the requirements of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The site owner reserves the right to determine whether to provide the user with an account to, to remove or limit user profiles that they consider inappropriate and if they have reasonable doubts as to violations of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The site owner reserves the right to suspend the provision of the aforementioned free services by posting a message on the site.
Persons under the age of 18 may use the е-learning platform only with the participation, under the supervision and/or prior approval of a parent or guardian.
VII Obligations of the user
When using the service, the user should not use software, scripts, applications or other technologies that could create difficulties for other users.
The user agrees not to use the service in contravention of the applicable legislation.
The user provides the equipment for access to the service (Internet access terminals and related software applications) and Internet access.
All users are required to: comply with applicable national and international law, the rules of Internet ethics, morality and good manners; not to tarnish another user’s reputation and not to call for a violent change of the constitutionally established order; not to instigate the commitment of a crime, violence against a person or to spur racial, national, ethnic or religious enmity, not to preach fascist or other antidemocratic ideology, not to violate another person’s property or other rights, including intellectual property rights; not to interfere with the correct operation of the system, not to violate the intellectual property rights of authors of content.

The website owner is not responsible for the content, authenticity and legality of such websites or resources and for any services or resources that have been made available to the user when using the services of www.linguicious.com.
In order to improve the quality of service, perform maintenance, repairs and other related activities, the website owner has the right to temporarily restrict or discontinue the provision of the service.
In cases of temporary suspension or termination of the service, the site owner is obliged to re-establish the provision of the service in due time after the circumstance which caused the suspension has ceased to exist.
